Terms of Use
Acceptance
By accessing dataapiconnect.digital or commissioning services from Dataapiconnect, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or engage our services.
Services described
Pages on this site describe professional grant spending compliance reviews and related advisory work. Descriptions are informational. Binding scope, fees, and deliverables appear only in a signed engagement letter.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and materials we prepare under an engagement remain the property of Dataapiconnect or the respective rights holders. You may use final findings packs for internal governance and funder reporting as stated in the engagement letter. You may not republish our templates or marketing copy without written consent.
No professional relationship from browsing
Reading this website does not create an auditor–client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship. A relationship begins only when both parties sign an engagement letter and any required deposit is received.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong, Dataapiconnect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability arising from professional services is limited as set out in the relevant engagement letter and applicable professional rules.
Website accuracy
We aim to keep fee guidance and service descriptions current but may update them without notice. If a webpage conflicts with a signed engagement letter, the letter prevails.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit malicious content through forms, or scrape content for commercial reuse without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to any different dispute clause in an engagement letter.
